How to transfer PDF to iPhone, iPod Touch to read with iBooks?

If you are an eBook lover and recently bought an iPhone or iPod Touch, you probably need to transfer your collections of PDF eBooks from your PC or Mac to your iPhone or iPod Touch, right?
