COMPUTER AND LAPTOP TIPS AND INFORMATION

Obviously this would only work with legal immigrants, but it could be a good foundation if amnesty is granted to the illegals. I'm not sure what measures would actually work or could be enforced without affecting one's constitutional rights, but I've considered things like...

...if they are going to fly a flag of their home nation they must be willing to fly the American flag with all due respect above it.
...they must learn English, our national language, in order to participate in Government related events, such as voting.
...they must register to vote, and participate in all major elections.
...they must pledge their allegiance to America, honoring that pledge above any made to their native country.
...they must serve in a social services or government position for a period of time. Could be military service if they so choose.

I wish I had more/better ideas, perhaps if you have suggestions you could add them on to your answer
