Laptop with i5 vs i3
have to buy new asus laptop. But thing is that I am not getting which is the best asus laptop i.e laptop with intel core i3 processor or laptop with i5 processor. I wonder if you are able to let me know the features of the intel core i3 and intel core i5 processor. So that it will be helpful for me while laptop selection. I am waiting for your reply.

The Intel Core i5 using Nehalem architecture, which bring many changes over its predecessor, the architecture Penryn. The memory controller also changes and no longer supports twochannels of DDR3 to mark its difference with the top-end Core i5, up to a frequency of 2000 MHz or 2133 MHz (o/c). However, this redistribution may limit performance when using two PCIe x16 2.0 or more as part of a multi-GPU usage example.

According to me you should take the asus laptop which has intel core i5 processor. The performance of this intel processor is little bit more than intel core i3. Chipsets for Core i5 also receive support for technology SLI NVIDIA.This technology should help accelerate the transfer with the addition of a chip fetched into 34 nm and a connector for mini SSD whose size would 4, 8 or 16 GB.

The Intel Core i3 processor was proposed to be the new entry-level processor from Intel, that following departure of the Core 2 brand. They will be parallel to the Core i5-4xx series but running at subordinate clock speeds and lacking Turbo Boost. The Core i3-3xxM processors based on Arrandale, which is the mobile version of Clarkdale desktop processor.

I suggest you to don't buy laptop with core i3 processor. Because upon investigation, it turned out that this processor designed by the socket LGA1156 Foxconn which processor socket contacts are not perfect which would prevent it from receiving all the energy it needs. In response to this problem, manufacturers have swapped motherboards socket cons models brand Lotes or Tyco/AMP.
